The Conference Fee will be £200, which includes the Conference Dinner, Mersey Ferry Cruise, refreshments and lunches (but excludes accommodation and excursions).

Registration and reservations for accommodation (whole week Monday to Friday) will open on Monday 17th March 2008 and close on Sunday 15th June 2008. After this date, a late fee will be charged and you'll have to find your own accommodation. Payment will only be accepted by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) with this form faxed to the Conference Office. We will e-mail an acknowledgement to you after we've processed it.

We will offer printed copies of extended abstracts to delegates who request them when they register before the 15th June deadline (a charge of £7.50 is payable). Extended abstracts will be downloadable before the conference, and available on CD free of charge at the conference.
