Information for presenters
Oral presentations
Oral presentations should be a total of 15 minutes long, i.e., 12 minutes for the talk and three minutes for questions.
Authors are encouraged to use PowerPoint for their presentations. Please ensure that talks are loaded onto the projection computer system
before the session and that you check-in with the session chairperson.
Talks will take place in the Foresight Centre (building Nos. 359 and 354 on the University
of Liverpool Precinct plan).
Poster presentations
The display size for poster presentations will be
A0 portrait (approximately width 84 cm × height 120 cm).

Abstracts
The deadline for short abstracts is Sunday 2nd December 2007.
Extended abstracts are expected from all whose short abstracts are accepted (both oral and poster presentations). The deadline for extended abstracts is Sunday 18th May 2008.
Extended abstracts will only be accepted when submitted using this template (MS Word document, 34 KB). They should not exceed four pages of A4, and be should not be more than 1 MB file size. Please e-mail them as MS Word or Adobe pdf attachments to pecs2008@pol.ac.uk.
We will offer printed copies of extended abstracts to delegates who request them when they register before the 15th June deadline (a charge of £7.50 is payable). Extended abstracts will be downloadable before the conference, and available on CD free of charge at the conference.
