Registration for the conference is now open, and will close on Sunday 15th June. After this date, a late fee will be charged and you'll have to find your own accommodation. No more registrations will be accepted after Sunday 20th July 2008.

Please download and print this form (PDF file, 105 KB), fill it in using black ink and fax it back to us. We will e-mail an acknowledgement to you after we've processed it.
